In 2023, the registration time for the fund qualification examination is from February 18 to February 23, and the examination time is from March 19 to March 20.

First, the registration conditions:

1, with full capacity for civil conduct;

2. The deadline for registration is 18 years old;

3. Have a high school education or above;

4. Other conditions stipulated by China Securities Regulatory Commission.

Second, the examination subjects:

1, subject 1: fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms;

2. Subject 2: Basic knowledge of securities investment funds;

3. Subject 3: Basic knowledge of private equity investment funds;

The examination time of each subject 120 minutes, each subject 100 multiple-choice questions (each question 1 minute), 60 points are qualified.

Third, the examination materials:

The textbook used in the examination of Subject 1 and Subject 2 is Securities Investment Fund (Second Edition) compiled by China Asset Management Association, which is divided into two volumes and published by Higher Education Press. The textbook used in the subject 3 exam is Equity Investment Fund compiled by China Asset Management Association and published by China Financial Publishing House.

Four, the validity of the test results:

After passing the examination organized by China Asset Management Association, you can apply to China Asset Management Association for fund qualification registration within four years. Those who have not applied for fund qualification registration through institutions for more than four years need to complete the follow-up training hours specified in the last two years or re-take the qualification examination before registration.
