1. What are the new provisions of maternity insurance reimbursement standards?

(a) maternity insurance fund to compensate the unit in the form of maternity allowance.

The compensation standard is:

1. Female employees who have been pregnant for more than 7 months (including 7 months) or who have given birth prematurely for less than 7 months are entitled to maternity allowance for 3 months;

2, dystocia and cesarean section, increase the maternity allowance for half a month, multiple births, each additional baby, increase the maternity allowance for half a month;

3. Those who have miscarried or induced labor for more than 3 months but less than 7 months are entitled to 1.5 months, and those who have miscarried for pathological reasons within 3 months are entitled to 1 month.

Maternity allowance is based on the average monthly payment salary of maternity insurance for female employees before prenatal or family planning operation 12 months.

(3) One-time maternity allowance: female employees who participate in maternity insurance in the unit are unemployed, and if they meet the family planning requirements during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits, they can enjoy one-time maternity allowance: 2,400 yuan for miscarriage in 400 yuan, 4,000 yuan for multiple births due to dystocia, and 50% for male employees whose spouses are not included in maternity insurance and meet the family planning requirements.

(four) maternity allowance is compensated by the unit, and the basic salary, bonus and welfare expenses of the insured female employees during maternity leave are paid by the unit.

(5) The cost of family planning operation, including the cost of placing (taking out) IUD, induced abortion, induced labor, burying skin, sterilization and recanalization due to family planning needs, shall be included in the settlement scope of maternity insurance fund.
