Professor Yang Bin, born in September, 1962, born in Lianjiang County, Fujian Province, has a doctorate in economics. Currently, he is a professor and doctoral supervisor of Finance Department of School of Economics of Xiamen University, distinguished professor of Minjiang Scholar Award Program of Xiamen University, and dean of Minjiang College of Fujian Province. 1996 won the Fok Ying Tung Young Teachers Fund. 1997 was selected as the first batch of trans-century talent training plan of the Ministry of Education. Now he is a member of China Taxation Institute, a member of Academic Research Committee, a member of china international taxation research institute, a member of the Advisory Expert Group of Fujian Provincial People's Government and a representative of Fujian Provincial People's Congress.
