To accept and manage voluntary donations from organizations, institutions and individuals at home and abroad that conform to the purpose of the Foundation;
carry out capital operation in accordance with the provisions of the national financial policy, so as to preserve and increase the value of the managed funds and assets;
entrusted by the competent government department, to finance all kinds of work and activities that are beneficial to supporting the army, giving special care and resettlement;
carry out academic exchanges, support and promote theoretical research on supporting the army, giving special care and resettlement;
commend and reward organizations and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the cause of supporting the army, giving special care and resettlement;
Give life and medical assistance to key special care recipients;
One-time financial subsidies for children of martyrs, children of soldiers who died in the line of duty, children of disabled soldiers from Grade 1 to Grade 4 and children of active servicemen serving in remote and hard areas to study in secondary schools and institutions of higher learning;
Provide job introduction and two-way selection, establish subsidies, and support the employment of veterans;
support the maintenance and renovation of special care hospitals, glorious hospitals, retired cadres' homes and military supply stations;
subsidizing the maintenance and renovation of national key martyrs memorial buildings;
funding various undertakings or activities beneficial to national defense education;
commend and reward advanced units and individuals emerging in the work of supporting the army, giving special care and resettlement;
other public welfare funded projects related to supporting the army, giving special care and resettlement.
