4. Meet the specific requirements of the guidelines for the selection of scholarship projects (see 20 1 1 list of overseas study projects funded by the National Fund for Studying Abroad and project guidelines for details).

5. Have the nationality of China people and have no permanent residency abroad. When applying for the exam, you should be a regular staff member or a student in colleges, enterprises, institutions, administrative organs and scientific research institutions, with the age of 18.
