The qualification examination for fund practitioners is the same as the unified examination subjects. The appointment examination for fund qualification is the same as the unified examination, with three subjects, all of which are subject one: fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms; Subject 2: Basic knowledge of securities investment funds; Subject 3: Basic knowledge of private equity investment funds.

Fund qualification examination can be divided into unified examination and appointment examination. If both of them are admitted, they can apply for a certificate. The difference is that there are few reserved test sites and limited seats, and there is no difference in others. The national unified examination is held in provincial capital cities and key cities at the same time, generally in more than 40 cities, covering a wide range, while the appointment examination is held in some cities, about 20 cities, depending on market demand.
