Method of canceling fund subscription

If an investor buys a new fund, as long as the fund company has not confirmed its share, it can cancel the subscription. Take the fund purchased on Alipay as an example. The cancellation process is as follows:

1, open Alipay APP.

2. Then click the financial button in the options bar at the bottom of Alipay homepage;

3. After opening the page, click on the fund;

4. Then click the Hold button in the lower right corner, and click that there is a transaction being confirmed (assuming there is only one fund);

5. After entering the page, click the fund to cancel the purchase, and then click Cancel.

How to cancel the fund transaction

Prompt message is displayed: the trading deadline has passed, and you can cancel the order before the next fund trading day 17:00.

Fund subscription, subscription, redemption and conversion transactions can be cancelled before the transaction is completed. Fund trading hours are divided into intraday trading (9: 30- 15: 00 on the fund trading day) and after-hours trading (outside 9: 30- 15: 00 on the fund trading day). Intra-day trading needs to be cancelled before the trading day 15:00; After-hours trading can be cancelled before the next fund trading day 15:00. After the cancellation of the entrusted purchase, the funds will arrive in real time.

Tips: Under normal circumstances, the subscription time of the fund is closed at 17:00. Funds subscribed in intraday trading shall be cancelled before the subscription day 17:00, and funds subscribed after the market shall be cancelled before the next fund trading day 17:00. Please refer to the issuance announcement of each fund company for the subscription time of the fund.

Through the menu of "Investment and Financial Management-Fund Investment-Current Application" in mobile banking, select the unfinished entrustment to be cancelled, confirm the transaction information, and submit the entrustment immediately.
