Huyanghe City is a county-level city located in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. It and the Seventh Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps implement the management system of integration of division and city, which is managed by Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. Huyanghe City is located in the middle of the northern foot of Tianshan Mountain, southwest of Junggar Basin, adjacent to Karamay City, Kuitun City and Wusu City. This area is called the golden triangle of Xinjiang's economic development by economists, which has important geographical location and economic potential. Huyanghe City is a county-level city directly under the jurisdiction of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and is managed by the Seventh Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. Therefore, it is obvious that Huyanghe City belongs to Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
