Liu Junhai: Male, born in 1969, Ph.D., doctoral supervisor. He used to be the assistant director, office director and researcher of the Institute of Law of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the independent director of Taixin Fund Management Company, Zhu Ye Torch, Gongda Capital, Hongyuan Securities and Dafang Digital, and the independent non-executive director of Heavy Industry Yuanchang (listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange) and Sinotrans (listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange). He is currently a professor at Renmin University of China, director of the Institute of Commercial Law, and concurrently an independent director of Tichond, China Resources Shuanghe, China Investment Securities Co., Ltd. and a director of Hengtai Aipu.
