In addition, the fund employment examination also includes subject 1 "Fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms" and subject 3 "Basic knowledge of private investment funds". The purpose of the subject 1 examination is to improve the awareness of compliance with laws and regulations of fund practitioners and improve the level of professional ethics and practice norms. Subject 3 exam ensures that employees of equity investment (including venture capital) funds master the basic knowledge and professional skills related to the industry and have the necessary practical ability.
