What is a fund index?
Fund index is an indicator reflecting the comprehensive changes in the fund market. Both Shenzhen Stock Exchange and Shanghai Stock Exchange use existing securities investment funds to compile fund indexes. Since July 3, 2000, Shenzhen Stock Exchange stopped compiling and publishing the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Index (code: 9904) with the old funds as samples, and launched a new fund index at the same time. It is the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Fund Index (code: 9905). The index is compiled by Peggy's weighted comprehensive index method.
