2. Alipay payment

Log in to the Alipay APP, enter city services, and select social security services. If the city has opened the payment function on Alipay, you can use Alipay to pay for medical insurance. However, if you were previously covered by employee social security, you need to go to the social security department to switch to resident medical insurance before you can pay on your mobile phone. 3. Payment on the official website

At present, no matter which province or city it is, medical insurance payments are collected and paid by the tax bureau, and the medical insurance bureau is responsible for using them, so we can directly log in to the official website of the electronic tax bureau and then handle the payment.

The process for repayment of medical insurance premiums is as follows:

1. The collection department of the medical insurance institution establishes arrears data information based on the medical insurance arrears and fills out the "Social Insurance Premium Replenishment" "Payment Notice", notify the insured unit to pay the arrears;

2. For the insured units that are unable to pay the arrears in full at once due to financing difficulties, the collection department of the medical insurance institution will sign a social insurance contract with them Back payment agreement. If the unit in arrears is merged, divided, or goes bankrupt, a back payment agreement shall be signed according to the following methods;

(1) If the unit in arrears is merged, a back payment agreement shall be signed with the merging party.

(2) If the unit in arrears is divided, a back payment agreement shall be signed with each dividing party.

(3) If an arrears unit enters bankruptcy proceedings, it shall sign a settlement agreement with the liquidation team.

(4) If the unit is auctioned, sold or leased, a back payment agreement shall be signed with the competent department.

3. The insured unit handles the back payment according to the "Social Insurance Premium Back Payment Notice" or the back payment agreement. The collection department of the medical insurance institution will accept the payment and notify the financial management department of the medical insurance institution to collect the payment.

4. For arrears that cannot be fully repaid by a bankrupt unit, the collection department of the medical insurance institution shall accept the application submitted by the bankruptcy liquidation group of the unit and send it to the audit and supervision department for processing after review.

5. The collection department of the medical insurance institution adjusts the arrears information of the insured units based on the employee medical insurance back payment information received from the financial management department and the write-off information received from the audit and supervision department.

Insured Persons The part of the medical expenses that should be paid by the basic medical insurance fund shall be settled directly between the social insurance agency and the medical institution and pharmaceutical business unit.
