Other expenses related to unemployment insurance stipulated or approved by the State Council. Unemployment insurance benefits mainly include: unemployment insurance benefits, outpatient and inpatient medical subsidies during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits, funeral subsidies for unemployed people who died during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits, and pensions for their supporting spouses and immediate family members. In addition, the unemployed can also enjoy free job introduction and free vocational training.

Legal basis: Article 45 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law. Unemployed persons who meet the following conditions shall receive unemployment insurance benefits from the unemployment insurance fund: (1) The employer and I have paid unemployment insurance premiums for one year before unemployment; (two) the employment is not interrupted because of my will; (three) registered unemployed and have job requirements.
