What are the conditions for opening an open-end fund account at Bank of China?

1. Account opening requirements: (1) Account opening transactions must be done in person at the counter.

(2) Individual investors must complete the "Individual Customer Risk Tolerance Assessment" before conducting fund transactions.

(3) If the customer's ID number is missing characters, has multiple characters, or is duplicated by others when opening an account, the account opening will be unsuccessful. For ID card account opening, it must be an 18-digit code (if the last digit is an X, it must be capitalized).

(4) When an investor opens an account at Bank of China, the individual customer must designate the main savings account linked to his or her debit card as the fund business capital settlement account (i.e., capital account), and the debit card password as the fund transaction password.

(5) The personal customer's bank transaction account is linked to the debit card when it is opened, and the debit card is linked to the customer's main account. If investing in foreign currency funds, the system will automatically link to the corresponding foreign currency account, and the transaction method is the same as in RMB.

(6) Individual customers need to go to the counter to open an account with a valid ID card, and the ID card and debit card identity must be consistent.

2. Documents to bring: valid identity document, electronic debit card, fund transaction agreement (in duplicate).
