1. Review of plans for projects that have been approved for project application 1. Review of the "Design Document Application for the Cultural Relics Protection Plan of the Yanyuan Main Campus of Peking University": The funds for the preparation of the cultural relics protection plan of the Yanyuan Main Campus of Peking University have been included in the 2005 special budget.

According to the requirements of the "Notice on Solicitation of Plans for Cultural Relics Protection Plan of Peking University Yanyuan Main Campus" jointly issued by the Ministry of Development and Planning and the Ministry of Infrastructure Engineering, three design units responded and submitted the design documents on time.

The three design units that submitted design documents all have Class A qualifications for survey and design of cultural relics protection projects issued by relevant national departments.

The design quotation of the History Institute of China Architectural Design Institute is 992,000 yuan, and no copyright statement is made.

The design quotation of Beijing Construction Engineering Architectural Design and Research Institute is 650,000 yuan, and the copyright belongs to Peking University.

The design quotation of Tsinghua University Architectural Design Institute is 600,000 yuan, and the copyright belongs to Tsinghua University.

After the two parties signed the contract, Tsinghua University completed and submitted the conservation planning and design results to Peking University within the specified time in accordance with the requirements of the contract.

After careful review at the meeting, it was believed that the "Cultural Relics Protection Area Plan" of our school is based on the basic premise of being able to pass the review of the Beijing Municipal Cultural Relics Bureau and the State Cultural Relics Administration, and is aimed at the rational use and development of the Weiming Lake area of ??the school.

The preparation of the plan is quite challenging.

After voting, the design units were selected in the order of Architectural Design and Research Institute of Tsinghua University, History Institute of China Architectural Design and Research Institute, and Beijing Construction Engineering Architectural Design and Research Institute.

The meeting decided that the Ministry of Development and Planning and the Ministry of Infrastructure Engineering would conduct further discussions with the top two design units on details such as planning objectives, cycle, copyright, quotation, etc., and select the design unit that ultimately signed the contract.

If the top-ranked design unit is selected, it will not need to be submitted to the Campus Planning Committee meeting for consideration.

After the meeting, the Development and Planning Department promptly notified the third-ranked Beijing Construction Engineering Architectural Design and Research Institute of the review results.

On the afternoon of March 3, 2005, a discussion meeting with the Architectural Design and Research Institute of Tsinghua University was held in Room 1201, Red Floor, presided over by Lu Bin, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Development and Planning.

On the afternoon of March 7, 2005, a discussion meeting with the Institute of History of China Architectural Design Institute was hosted by Lu Bin, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Development and Planning, in the conference room 1206 on the first floor of the red building.

Ni Bin, Guo Lijia and Xia Xudong from the Development and Planning Department, Wang Lijun from the History Institute of China Architectural Design Institute and others attended the meeting.

Tsinghua University Architectural Design and Research Institute clearly stated that the planning goals and planning cycle meet the requirements of Peking University; Peking University has the right to use the planning results; the price of 600,000 yuan is the price that was finally approved by the State Administration of Cultural Heritage.

The China Architectural Design and Research Institute proposed that the design cycle required by the school was too short to complete the preparation work.

It was finally decided to entrust the Architectural Design and Research Institute of Tsinghua University to compile a cultural relics protection plan for the Yanyuan main campus of Peking University.
