According to media reports, the buyer was He Chaofeng (the second daughter of Stanley Ho), a wealthy Macao businessman, whose former residence was later demolished and rebuilt.

On June 5438+1October 65438+May 2005, the first-phase project of Teresa Teng Music Park (including memorial garden and exhibition hall) in Yu Zi, Guilin officially opened, laying the foundation for the second-phase reconstruction project of Hong Kong's former residence. The reconstructed former residence of Hong Kong is located at the back of the exhibition hall, which replicates the original architecture and interior furnishings of the former residence. On May 8, 2006 (the anniversary of Teresa Teng's death1/kloc-0), it was opened to the public.
