Two, transportation enterprises generally take the railway sub-bureau (head office) and the railway bureau directly under the jurisdiction of the station as a unit, and centrally handle the basic medical insurance in the overall planning area where the sub-bureau and the railway bureau are registered; Cross-regional and high-capacity construction enterprises of China Railway Engineering Corporation and China Railway Construction Corporation generally take the agency as the unit to participate in the basic medical insurance in the overall area where the agency is located.

Three, the relevant labor and social security departments in the overall planning area shall, on the basis of relatively concentrated consultation with the insured units, formulate measures for the administration of medical treatment in different places.
