On the evening of July 5th, noah wealth issued an announcement explaining the investment in Gefei Chuangshi Xingen M&A Fund under Gefei Asset Management. Shen Shile Xingen M&A Fund is an equity fund jointly established by Xingen Assets and LeTV Streaming Media (a wholly-owned subsidiary of a listed company), which is divided into three types of limited partners: inferior, intermediate and priority, among which Gefei Chuangshi Xingen Fund is invested as its priority limited partner. The fund is a multi-project portfolio investment fund, with the Shenzhen Municipal Government guiding the fund to contribute 600 million yuan as the intermediate limited partner of the fund, and LeTV Streaming Media (a wholly-owned subsidiary of a listed company) as the secondary limited partner to contribute 65.438 billion yuan. At the same time, LeTV.com (a listed company), LeTV Holdings and Jia Yueting shall bear joint and several responsibilities to supplement the principal and income of the fund's priority investors.
