The duties of the Social Security Bureau are:
1, formulate relevant laws and regulations and implement them; To formulate policies and plans for the development of human resources and social security, draft relevant laws and regulations, formulate departmental rules and organize their implementation;
2. Formulate human resources policy allocation; Formulate human resources market development planning, human resources service industry development and human resources mobility policies to promote the rational flow and effective allocation of human resources;
3. Responsible for promoting employment; Formulate employment development plans and policies for coordinating urban and rural areas, and improve the public employment and entrepreneurship service system;
4. Establish a training system and formulate employment policies; Coordinate the establishment of vocational skills training system for urban and rural workers, formulate employment assistance system, and take the lead in formulating employment policies for some college students;
5. Establish a social security system; Make overall plans to promote the establishment of a multi-level social security system covering urban and rural areas, formulate policies and standards for social insurance and supplementary insurance such as endowment insurance, unemployment insurance and industrial injury insurance, and formulate national overall planning measures for endowment insurance and national unified renewal measures for the relationship between endowment insurance, unemployment insurance and industrial injury insurance;
6. Organize the formulation of insurance fund policies; Organize the formulation of management and supervision systems for social insurance and other supplementary insurance funds such as pension, unemployment and work injury, prepare the draft budget and final accounts of relevant social insurance funds, and participate in the formulation of relevant social security fund investment policies;
7. Responsible for employment regulation; Responsible for the prediction, early warning and information guidance of employment, unemployment and related social insurance funds, formulate response plans, and implement prevention and control.
Legal basis: Article 81 of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).
If the text of the labor contract provided by the employer fails to specify the necessary provisions of the labor contract as stipulated in this Law or the employer fails to deliver the text of the labor contract to the laborer, the labor administrative department shall order it to make corrections.
