3. Chemical and electrochemical methods

This method is complicated, but the effect is lasting. Chemical method is very effective for stainless steel painting, and surface processing such as etching, coloring and electrolytic polishing can be carried out by chemical method. Etching uses screen printing technology to cover the parts that do not need to be etched and corrode various patterns. When coloring stainless steel, the stainless steel is immersed in hot chromic acid or sulfuric acid solution, and then cathodically hardened in another acid solution. The base metal reacts with hot acid to form a basically colorless transparent film, but it shows color under the interference of light. Electrolytic polishing is to remove a thin surface layer and make the surface shiny. Electrolysis can not remove surface defects, such as scratches, burrs, oxidation color, etc. The original defects on the surface will become more obvious after electrolysis, and the quality of the surface before electrolytic polishing plays a decisive role in the polishing effect.

4. Painting method

This is the easiest method. The processing methods of stainless steel surface coating include reprocessing after painting (pre-coating method), which is mainly used for roof building materials, and painting after processing (post-coating method), which is mainly used for building exterior building materials.

5. Spraying steps

First, the stainless steel surface should be brushed, and the surface should be brushed with a wire brush or sand skin.

Second, cleaning is needed. The pharmaceutical industry used for cleaning has special chemical products, and it can also be pickled. If the quantity is small, it can be cleaned by conventional cleaning method.
