Report to the local Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, or to the next higher level Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

According to the provisions of the "Social Insurance Law", the act of forging archival information and defrauding pension insurance funds is illegal and may even constitute a crime.

Any organization or individual has the right to report, and the agency that investigates and handles illegal acts is the social insurance administrative department, that is, the local social security bureau.

If the whistleblower is worried that the local social security bureau is also responsible for approving retirement, and that some staff members may be suspected of violating disciplines or are unwilling to correct their mistakes, they can report to the next higher level human resources and social security bureau.

Article 77 of the "Social Insurance Law" The social insurance administrative departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall strengthen supervision and inspection of the compliance of employers and individuals with social insurance laws and regulations.

When the social insurance administrative department carries out supervision and inspection, the employer and individual under inspection shall truthfully provide information related to social insurance, and shall not refuse the inspection or make false or concealed reports.

Article 82 Any organization or individual has the right to report or complain about violations of social insurance laws and regulations.

Social insurance administrative departments, health administrative departments, social insurance agencies, social insurance premium collection agencies, financial departments, and audit agencies shall handle reports and complaints that fall within the scope of their own departments and agencies' responsibilities in accordance with the law;

If the matter falls within the scope of the agency's responsibilities, it shall be notified in writing and handed over to the department or agency with the authority to handle the matter.

Departments and institutions with the authority to handle the matter should handle it in a timely manner and must not shirk the situation.
