Spouses who work in this city will not be arranged to work.

2. Provide transitional housing for imported talents for up to 2 years, in which rent is free in the first year and charged according to relevant regulations of the school in the second year. If the school housing is insufficient to provide transitional housing, the rent subsidy for 12 months will be provided according to the standards of 12 yuan/month for professors, 9 yuan/month for postdoctoral or associate professors, 8 yuan/month for doctors and 4 yuan/month for masters. Those who are both doctors (post-doctors) and professors or associate professors are only paid according to one of the standards; When both husband and wife meet the above conditions, the rental subsidy shall be subject to one party and shall not be calculated repeatedly.

3. The imported high-level talents can be recommended and declared first: the talent shortage project of "Sailing Plan" in Guangdong Province, with a fund of RMB 1 million; "Sailing Plan" innovative team project, with a fund of 5 million yuan; Other talent projects in Guangdong Province.

4. after introducing talents to work in the school, the school will reimburse the one-way transportation and accommodation expenses for coming to the school for interview and reporting.

5. A new recruit who meets one of the following conditions will be employed as an associate professor in the school (the employment period is 3 years).

(1) overseas students with doctoral degrees (those who are particularly outstanding can be directly employed as professors);

(2) Post-doctoral outbound personnel;

(3) Doctoral degree holders who are in charge of the National Fund.

(4) There is a shortage of people with doctoral degrees in disciplines.

(5) The sum of the impact factors of 1 article in SCII area, 2 articles in SCII area, or 3 representative articles published by the first author or correspondent is equal to or greater than 1.
