registration requirements and procedures:
1. To register the Swiss office: you need to have a physical address in Switzerland;
2. provide a copy of passport, proof of address and resume of each member of the association;
3. Business plan: it is required to specify the financial part, such as expected income and expenditure, the purpose of establishing the association, the content of business activities and how to carry out it, and also to give a brief description of the members;
4. When opening a bank account, the above-mentioned documents 2 and 3 also need to be provided, and at the same time, a local resident needs to assist in handling them, so at least one member of the association needs to be a Swiss resident. (Some banks may need to arrange video calls to open accounts);
5. All members need to meet the requirements of KYC.
