(1) Open an account. Investors who are interested in investing in funds must first open fund accounts and capital accounts. Fund account is an account opened by the fund registration institution for fund investors to record their fund shares and their changes; Capital account is a fund settlement account opened by investors in fund consignment banks and securities companies to handle fund business.
(2) subscription. When applying for fund subscription, investors must fill in the subscription application form and pay it in full according to the method stipulated by the sales organization. Investors can subscribe for fund shares many times during the raising period. Under normal circumstances, the subscription application that has been formally accepted shall not be revoked.
(3) confirm. The acceptance of the subscription application by the sales organization does not necessarily mean that the application is successful, but only means that the sales organization accepts the subscription application. Whether the application is successful or not is subject to the confirmation result of the registration agency. After submitting the subscription application on T day, investors can inquire about the acceptance of the subscription application at the outlets that handle the subscription on T+2 day. If the subscription application is invalid, the subscription funds will be returned to the investor's fund account. The final subscription result cannot be confirmed until the fund raising period is over.
