The history department has formed two talent training modes: normal majors and undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The history department insists on curriculum reform, and the reformed curriculum system has formed new characteristics:

The hours and credits of general history at home and abroad have been reduced from 40 credits in 720 hours to 25 credits in 450 hours, and elective courses have been increased accordingly, which are divided into two categories: special history (including dynastic history and national history) and special research courses. The special history is arranged from the second grade, and the special research class is arranged from the third grade, which not only embodies the hierarchy, but also gradually improves.

(3) Professional courses are cutting-edge, forward-looking and academic. A number of new courses have been set up, such as special courses for doctoral supervisors, Chinese and foreign cultural history, the history of international relations in the 20th century, and the introduction of China's classics.
