What do you mean by fund holding income?
Fund holding income refers to the accumulated income generated by the current holding share of the fund, including floating gains and losses caused by net value fluctuation and historical cash dividend income corresponding to the holding share.

For example, investors buy a fund, and after confirming their share, they earn 200 yuan yesterday, so they hold 200 yuan and 200 yuan today, so they hold 400. If investors sell the fund today, the holding income will become zero. When investors buy the fund again, the fund will recalculate the holding income according to the new income.

The calculation formula of fund holding income is: holding income = market value of positions-holding cost. Among them, market value of positions = latest net value × holding share, holding cost = holding share × holding unit price. Finally, it should be noted that when the holding cost is zero, the holding market value will be equal to the position income.

Fund broadly refers to a certain amount of funds set up for a certain purpose. It mainly includes trust and investment funds, provident funds, insurance funds, retirement funds and funds of various foundations. From the accounting point of view, capital is a narrow concept, which refers to funds with specific purposes and uses. The fund we are talking about mainly refers to the securities investment fund.
