Only applicants recommended by the school can fill in the "Project Application System" on the scientific research and innovation service management platform of the National Social Science Fund, and ensure that the materials submitted online and offline are completely consistent.

The Ministry of Science and Technology, in conjunction with the Research Center for Humanities and Social Sciences, will conduct expert review on the recommended projects according to the reporting indicators assigned to each unit, and will include the projects that meet the requirements in the school's recommended declaration list according to the expert review opinions.
