Which is bigger, the acting director of the foundation or the secretary-general?
The titles of president and chairman are the same, some are called president and some are called chairman. The difference between the president, the chairman and the secretary-general lies in their responsibilities.

Responsibilities of the president and chairman:

1. Preside over board meetings and shareholders' meetings;

2. Supervise the formulation of medium-and long-term plans and projects that will help realize the purpose and promote the interests of the Forum;

3. With the authorization of the Council, it can sign non-agreement, non-binding and non-administrative correspondence and letters on behalf of the Forum.

4. Report the work of the Council to the general assembly;

5. Perform other duties assigned by the board of directors.

Responsibilities of the Secretary-General:

1, responsible for the daily affairs of the forum and representing the forum externally;

2. To be responsible for presiding over all meetings of the Forum except the general meeting of Forum members and the meetings of the Council;

3. Implement the rules and regulations approved by the board of directors;

4. Hiring, promotion and dismissal of Secretariat staff;

5. Put forward suggestions on adjusting the functional departments of the Secretariat or Forum Office, and submit them to the Council for deliberation and adoption;

6. Responsible for other affairs entrusted or authorized by the board of directors.
