Decision of Nanjing Municipal People's Government on Abolishing Some Government Regulations and Normative Documents

(Order No.24 of Nanjing Municipal People's Government)

In order to meet the needs of China's accession to the World Trade Organization, promote reform and opening up, and establish and improve the socialist market economic system, According to the requirements of the Opinions of the General Office of the Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council on Cleaning up Local Regulations, Local Government Regulations and Other Policies and Measures in the Process of China's Accession to the World Trade Organization, the Municipal People's Government has cleaned up 57 existing and effective government regulations and normative documents issued before the end of September 21. After cleaning up, it was decided to abolish 46 government regulations and 15 normative documents (see annex for the catalogue) whose main contents are incompatible with national laws, regulations or the principles and policies of the party and the state, do not meet the requirements of the development of socialist market economy and the transformation of government functions, violate WTO rules, and the adjustment objects have disappeared, the application period has expired, and have actually expired or been replaced by new regulations. ?

16 The Interim Measures for the Management of Non-residential Housing Leasing in Nanjing was promulgated on January 21, 1988. On June 25, 1997, the main contents of amendment No.11 of the municipal government order were inconsistent with the provisions of relevant national laws.

17 The measures for the administration of urban house demolition in Nanjing were promulgated by Decree No.8 of the municipal government on March 1, 1991, and the revised Decree No.114 of the municipal government on June 25, 1997 was replaced by the newly promulgated Measures for the administration of urban house demolition in Nanjing.
