4 have the national vocational qualification certificate of baby-sitter (level 4) or above.

China Women's Development Foundation held two public welfare training courses for children's health instructors

In order to do a good job in women's entrepreneurial employment and entrepreneurship, provide more employment and entrepreneurial opportunities for women, improve the professional skills of laid-off women and unemployed women in child care, and better standardize the code of conduct for children's education practitioners, China Women's Development Foundation and Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security co-sponsored. Beijing Oriental Huicheng Human Resource Management Center Co., Ltd., supported by Caring Home Yuying Technology Center, and funded by Shanghai Chengmei Cosmetics Co., Ltd.-"Chengmei Shanmei Tianxia Love Fund", held two public welfare training courses for children's health instructors.

In response to the call of "* * * to promote scientific development, * * * to build a harmonious society and * * * to create a better life" put forward by the Tenth Women's Congress, to accurately grasp the most concerned, direct and realistic interests of women and give full play to the advantages of non-profit organizations, the China Women's Development Foundation has specially set up the "Rainbow Care Action" public welfare project, aiming at further integrating domestic and foreign resources and building a public welfare platform for the development of women's education. This training course is the first training course held by the public welfare project of Rainbow Care Action.

The training course provides free training for nearly 1 women. Teachers with rich theoretical and practical experience are hired to teach, and full-time personnel are assigned to conduct unified management to ensure the training quality. In order to ensure the effectiveness and practicability of the training, the training content is divided into three modules: theoretical knowledge, practical operation knowledge and operation skills. Training content and assessment criteria will focus on operational ability. The trainees passed the 1-day face-to-face training, all of them took the rigorous closed-book examination, and after passing the examination, they were awarded the CETTIC vocational training certificate by the China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.

after the training, we will formulate key support programs, learn about the enrollment, operation and customer feedback of the guidance station through the inspection, arrange internship and employment opportunities for students according to their own conditions, and provide entrepreneurial guidance for students with entrepreneurial intentions.
