Qualifying conditions

One of the following circumstances shall not declare this project:

(a) the person in charge of the humanities and social sciences research project of the Ministry of Education.

(two) the humanities and social sciences research project sponsored by the Ministry of Education was terminated for various reasons within three years and cancelled for various reasons within five years.

(3) Project leaders of the National Social Science Foundation and the National Natural Science Foundation under research.

(4) The applicant of the National Social Science Fund Project in 2023.

(5) Applicants who have applied for the general research project of humanities and social sciences of the Ministry of Education for two consecutive years (200212022) have not been funded, and their eligibility for application in 2023 will be suspended.

Other requirements

(a) the applicant should seriously study the "Measures for the Administration of Humanities and Social Sciences Research Projects of the Ministry of Education" and previous projects, improve the quality of applications, and avoid repeated applications.

(2) This project review is conducted anonymously. In order to ensure the fairness and justice of the evaluation, the applicant's name, school and other related information shall not appear in the application evaluation form B, otherwise it will be invalid.

(3) The project funds are used and managed in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Special Funds for the Prosperity Plan of Philosophy and Social Sciences in Colleges and Universities (Cai Jiao [2021] No.285). Indirect funds in the budget account for 40% of the total project funds, and other funds are budgeted scientifically, reasonably and realistically according to the actual needs of research and the scope of capital expenditure.

(four) the applicant shall truthfully fill in the materials to ensure that there is no intellectual property dispute. Where there is fraud, plagiarism and other acts, once found and verified, cancel the three-year evaluation qualification, the project passed, revoked and informed criticism.

(five) there are guidelines for reporting, and the topics must be reported in combination with the guidelines.

(six) all units should earnestly implement the ideological work responsibility system, strengthen the audit of the application materials, ensure the accuracy and truthfulness of the information, and effectively improve the quality of project application.
