According to the requirements of the central government, the Ministry of Finance is initiating the establishment of China Cultural Industry Investment Fund with relevant institutions, which will be guided by the central government's capital injection, subscribed by state-owned backbone cultural enterprises, large state-owned enterprises and financial institutions, managed by specialized institutions, and operated in a market-oriented manner, so as to support and promote resource reorganization and structural adjustment through equity investment and promote the realization of the strategic objectives of national cultural development.
