If the house needs to be repossessed within 90 days, you can apply for deed tax and maintenance fund at the housing management department to which the house belongs with your ID card, household registration book, proof of marital status, purchase contract and proof of purchase, and you can apply for real estate license with the tax payment certificate.

If you don't pay taxes, you will never have a real estate license.
