Zhixing Foundation was established in 1998, and is now a legal charity registered in Hong Kong. "Wisdom" means putting wisdom into action and helping the unfortunate people. The mission of Zhixing is to create a harmonious, equal and healthy society through education, care, prevention and anti-discrimination. Zhixing's job in Chinese mainland is to comprehensively take care of children affected by AIDS (AIDS orphans for short) and educate vulnerable groups on AIDS prevention. At present, Zhixing Foundation has funded more than students 10000, and about 5000 people have consulted through the hotline of Zhixing comrades. More than 65,438,000 volunteers participated in outreach activities in six cities across the country.

The concept of "wisdom and action" is to put wisdom into action and create a more equal and healthy society. By 2020, Zhixing has provided help and psychological development services to more than 28,000 students, mainly serving students from families affected by AIDS, including those affected by poverty, disease and discrimination.
