What should be included in the fund prospectus?
According to Article 38 of the Securities Investment Fund Law, the fund prospectus shall include the following contents: (1) the name and approval date of the fund offering application; (2) Basic information about the fund manager and the fund custodian; (3) A summary of the contents of the fund contract and fund custody agreement; (4) the date, price, expenses and time limit for offering the fund shares. (5) The sales method of the fund shares, the names of the sales organization and the registration organization. (six) the name and domicile of the law firm that issued the legal opinion and the accounting firm that audited the fund property. (seven) the method and proportion of extraction and payment of remuneration and other related expenses of fund managers and fund custodians; (8) Risk warning contents; (9) Other contents as stipulated by the the State Council Securities Regulatory Authority.
