1. Make sure there are enough gold coins or other currencies. Hero certificates can be purchased with gold coins or obtained by completing specific activities, tasks or achievements.
2. Go to the "currency exchange" in the game or a similar NPC businessman. These NPCs are usually located in major cities or specific areas.
3. Talk to NPC and choose to buy a hero certificate. In the dialog box, you can view the current hero certificate price and available quantity.
4. Have enough gold coins and choose to buy the required number of hero certificates. The system will deduct the corresponding gold coins from the player's account and add the hero certificate to his backpack.
