According to the provisions of the fund contract of Orient Convertible Bond Securities Investment Fund, the maximum number of income distributions of the Fund is 4 times a year on the premise of meeting the dividend conditions of relevant funds.

The income distribution ratio of each fund share shall not be less than 30% of the distributable profit of each fund share on the base date of income distribution.
