AMD Phenom II X4 965 is a native quad-core processor with a 45nm SOI process, a main frequency of 3.4GHz and a three-level cache of 6MB. Because it is a black box version, there is no locked frequency doubling, which is convenient for users to overclock for free to improve performance. The TDP thermal design power consumption of this CPU is 125W, which supports DDR3 and DDR2 memory and can be used on AM2+/AM3/AM3+ motherboards.

In order to better support X4 965, we recommend a motherboard with AM3 or AM3+ interface.
