I. Scope of certification:

(3) How to improve the recognition rate, take off the hat and glasses for the camera, avoid the backlight, and ensure that everyone's face is in the video acquisition area.

(4) When the authentication prompts "face recognition failed" for many times, and the problems caused by improper operation are eliminated, you can apply for manual authentication, upload photos of the front and back of the ID card according to the prompts, and the staff will complete the qualification authentication after review.

Common faults and their causes

(1) The camera failed to turn on. Please turn on the camera manually. The user does not have permission to open the camera of the APP, and needs to open the camera of the APP in Settings-Permissions.

(2) Sorry, I didn't recognize you: in the process of face recognition, if the user doesn't follow the voice and text action requirements within the specified time, he will automatically return to the information confirmation page and need to click "Submit" again for authentication.

(3) Authentication failure: If the photos collected by face recognition are compared with the ID card photos filed by the Public Security Bureau, if the score is less than 80 (it may be caused by light, surrounding environment, face changes and other reasons. ), you will be prompted that the authentication failed.
