Legal analysis: there is an upper limit on the amount of reimbursement for social security and medical insurance. The maximum payment limit of the overall fund is the so-called "capping line", that is, the maximum amount of medical expenses paid by the overall fund to employees and retirees in an insurance year. Medical expenses exceeding the maximum payment limit shall not be paid by the overall fund.

Legal basis: Article 26 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the treatment standards of basic medical insurance for employees, new rural cooperative medical care and basic medical insurance for urban residents shall be implemented in accordance with state regulations.
