Those who stop paying social insurance in the third period or before delivery 12 months will not enjoy maternity insurance benefits.

The scope of maternity insurance fund payment refers to the prenatal examination fee, delivery fee, operation fee, hospitalization fee and medicine fee for female employees who meet the maternity insurance payment catalogue. The expenses of self-funded drugs and health care products that are not included in the maternity insurance payment catalogue, as well as the expenses of infants, perinatal examination fees and medical service fees shall be borne by the employees themselves. Maternity allowance is paid according to the monthly per capita payment salary of the enterprise where the child is born * the number of maternity leave months.
