If it has not been done, then ask the developer property right card (the whole building) when it will be done, and after it is done; You can go to the real estate trading center to handle the property right transfer formalities (i.e. handle the household property right certificate) with the purchase contract, invoice, developer's property right notice registration certificate, delivery acceptance certificate, maintenance fund payment certificate, ID card, copy of developer's business license, copy of legal representative and power of attorney.
