II. Payment time of one-time disability allowance

After the injured employee completes the disability grade appraisal, the appraisal institution will generally complete the examination within 15 working days and produce the appraisal results. After receiving the complete information, the industrial injury medical insurance institution will

According to the level of work-related injury and disability, for example, the standard of level 1 is my salary of 7 months, where my salary is the average monthly payment salary of 12 months before the injury.

Article 37 Employees who are identified as being disabled at level 7 to level 1 due to work-related injuries shall enjoy the following benefits:

(1) Pay a one-time disability allowance from the work-related injury insurance fund according to the level of disability, with the standard as follows: level 7 disability is 13 months' salary, level 8 disability is 11 months' salary, and level 9 disability is 9 months' salary.

(2) If the labor or employment contract expires, or the employee himself proposes to terminate the labor or employment contract, the industrial injury insurance fund will pay the one-time medical subsidy for work-related injuries, and the employer will pay the one-time disability employment subsidy.
