Mr. Jiang Yonghong has been an independent director of the company since May 20 18. Mr. Jiang used to be the director of Guangzhou Development and Reform Commission, the deputy director of Guangzhou Economic Commission, the independent director of Qixi Holding Co., Ltd., the independent director of Guangzhou Langqi Industrial Co., Ltd., the member of the 17 and 18 doctoral service groups of the Central Organization Department, the deputy general manager of Xinjiang Tianhengji Investment Co., Ltd., the 12th Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and the vice president of the Party School of the 12th Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.
