In terms of international oil prices, as the market expected that EU leaders' agreement on the "recovery fund" and long-term budget would help restore oil demand, international oil prices rose significantly on July 21, but the oil price trend narrowed and fluctuated in the following days.

As of the close on July 23, local time in the United States, the price of light crude oil futures for September delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange fell by US$0.83 to close at US$41.07 per barrel, a decrease of 1.98%.

The price of London Brent crude oil futures for September delivery fell by 0.98 US dollars to close at 43.31 US dollars per barrel, a decrease of 2.21%.

Excluding this round, domestic refined oil prices have experienced 13 adjustments this year, including 8 strandings, 3 downward adjustments, and 2 increase. The prices of gasoline and diesel have been reduced by a total of 1,630 yuan/ton and 1,570 yuan/ton respectively.

Taking Beijing as an example, the current market price of No. 92 gasoline is 5.68 yuan/liter, and the market price of No. 95 gasoline is 6.05 yuan/liter.
