I. Existing problems

Although I have made some achievements in my work and study, there are still some areas that need to be seriously improved and improved.

There are still weak links in infrastructure, public services and safe production, and there is still a big gap from the requirements of the people. Some people are generally concerned about hot and difficult issues such as environmental protection, and these issues have not been fundamentally solved.

4. Work style construction and ability improvement are not enough. In daily work, due to affairs, meetings and other reasons, the requirements of pragmatic and efficient style construction have not been fully met, and the level of grasping the leadership ability and grasping the economy to promote development needs to be improved. Although we have done some work in advocating setting an example, we still need to be strict in all aspects, continue to compress entertainment outside work, reduce unnecessary activities, and continue to strengthen our own construction in accordance with the requirements of prudence, prudence and independence.
