(1) Restricted application regulations for various types of projects 1. Project leaders who were funded by general projects, key projects, major projects, major research plan projects (excluding integrated projects and strategic research projects), joint fund projects (referring to joint funds with the same name), and regional science fund projects in the previous year

, you are not allowed to apply for the same type of projects as an applicant this year.

3. Applicants can apply for major national scientific research instrument development projects (recommended by departments) and basic science center projects in the same year, with a total limit of 1.

4. Persons in charge of international (regional) cooperative research projects are not allowed to apply as applicants for international (regional) cooperative research projects.

5. The total number of international (regional) cooperation and exchange projects under the same inter-organizational agreement framework that you apply for as an applicant and are undertaking as a project leader is limited to 1 project in total.

(2) Applicants who have applied for general projects for two consecutive years but have not been funded for two consecutive years (including projects that were not accepted in the initial review) have been suspended from applying for general projects in 2020 and 2021.

Applicants are not allowed to apply for general projects in 2022.

(3) Limitations on the total number of projects applied for and undertaken Unless otherwise specified, projects that have expired funding in the year of application will not be included in the total number of applications and undertakings.

Project applications that are not accepted in the initial review will not be included in the total number of applications and commitments.
