The Key Laboratory of Blockchain Application Technology in Yunnan Province is directed by the Science and Technology Department of Yunnan Province, led by Beihang Yunnan Innovation Research Institute, a directly affiliated institution of the Science and Technology Department of Yunnan Province, and jointly established by the National Research Center for Industrial Information Security Development and the Key Laboratory of Blockchain Technology and Data Security Industry of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, introducing Beijing's superior resources and high-end experts in the industry, and uniting the advantageous blockchain teams of universities and scientific research institutions at home and abroad. * * * Build a platform for core technology research and development and achievement transformation of blockchain in Yunnan Province and a high-end talent training base, with the basic theory and key technology breakthrough of blockchain application as the core drive, promote the integrated development of Industry-University-Research, provide "blockchain+characteristic application" service for key industries in Yunnan Province, help the development of domestic substitution and innovation industries in Yunnan Province, realize the rapid layout of domestic autonomous and controllable applications, and build the sustainable development ecology of blockchain industry.
