Audit by the relief fund management institution: within 5 working days after receiving the materials, the following contents will be audited according to the legal provisions and the charging standards set by the local price department, and the audit results will be informed in writing to the traffic management department of the public security organ and the medical institution that handled the road traffic accident:

Whether it belongs to the advance of the social relief fund for the above road traffic accident;

whether the rescue expenses are true and reasonable;

other contents that the relief fund management institution thinks need to be audited.

Legal basis: Article 179 of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China infringes on others and causes personal injury, it shall compensate the reasonable expenses for treatment and rehabilitation, such as medical expenses, nursing expenses, transportation expenses, nutrition expenses, hospital food subsidies, and the income reduced due to missed work.

If it causes disability, it shall also compensate for the expenses of assistive devices and disability compensation; If death is caused, funeral expenses and death compensation shall also be paid.
