You can't get in just by relying on your stock trading competition results.
The investment research departments of domestic fund companies mainly recruit fresh graduates to work as researchers or research assistants, trading assistants, and administrative assistants, and many companies recruit people who start with master's degrees.
Fresh graduates who can work as researchers need an outstanding resume. Sometimes fund companies would rather recruit you with a blank slate to train you - as long as you have a solid foundation and comprehensive abilities, you do not necessarily need to have existing experience in stock trading, and due to the fierce competition, you are not a student from a prestigious school.
It’s hard to get past the first level of resume screening.
Of course, if you have work experience and have a good record of managing large-capital accounts for several consecutive years (this is real trading, not simulation), you can invest in the investment direction.
It is recommended to invest in a private equity fund first and accumulate some experience in the industry. Their entry requirements are not that complicated.
However, if you really take stock investment as a career direction, research is always a basic skill, and it is recommended not to act too hastily.
